船形铲式蔬菜种植开沟器的设计

         

摘要

根据开蔬菜种植沟的农艺要求,创新了船形铲式开沟器的结构和工作原理,确定了入土角、入土隙角、铲头张角、铲刃最小半径、船头前倾角、铲头长度、船身长度为作业性能影响参数.在根据性能参数值绘制开沟器的型线图的基础上,用UG软件设计了一种船形铲式蔬菜种植开沟器,并对开沟器进行了作业曲面的光顺性检查改进和开沟过程中受力性能的有限元分析优化,最后3D打印出开沟器模型以供评测和指导量产.%According to the agronomic requirements of opening a vegetable planting ditch,the structure and working principle of a ship shaped shovel type furrow opener has been innovated.And the impact parameters of operating performance were determined,such as the penetration angle, ground clearance angle,shovel head angle,minimum radius of shovel blade,bow front angle,shovel head length,hull length.On the basis of drawing the lines plan of furrow opener according to the value of the performance parameter,a kind of ship shaped shovel type vegeta-ble planting furrow opener was designed by UG software.And the operations were carried out,such as the improvement of the smoothness of working surface, the finite element analysis and optimization of the force performance in the process of ditching.Finally, the furrow opener exemplar was 3D printed out for evaluating and directing production.
