YCB-Ⅱ与肥药协同对烤烟产量、病虫害防控及土壤改良的影响

摘要

[Objective] To research the synergistic effect among YCB-Ⅱ,fertilizers and pesticides.[Method] A field plot test was adopted including five experiments(fertilization not pesticide,CK;fertilization + pesticide,T1;pesticides + YCB-Ⅱ,T2;fertilization + YCB-Ⅱ,T3;fertilization + pesticide + YCB-Ⅱ,T4) to study the effects of YCB-Ⅱ synergy with fertilization and pesticides on yield,diseases and pests control of tobacco and soil improvement.[Result] YCB-Ⅱ cooperating with fertilizer and pesticides can increase tobacco yield and production value,reduce the tobacco diseases and pests,and also improve soil fertility.Compared with CK,T1,T2 and T3 treatment,T4 treatment increased by 80.9％,7.1％,173.4％ and 58.5％ in yield and by 73.7％,7.7％,296.8％ and 47.2％ in production value,respectively.Meanwhile,T4 treatment can reduce significantly black shank,black rot,root-knot nematode and tobacco mosaic virus than CK,T1,T2 and T3 treatment,average reducing by 51.0％,42.4％,46.3％ and 40.1％ respectively.Otherwise,T4 treatment can also increase the soil pH,organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium,increasing by 9.3％,187.0％,38.9％,62.7％ and 175.7％ respectively.[Conclusion] YCB-Ⅱ can maximize the effectiveness cooperating with fertilizer and pesticides.%[目的]进一步研究YCB-Ⅱ与化肥、农药的协同作用.[方法]采用田间小区试验,设常规施肥不打农药(CK)、常规施肥+正常打药(T1)、正常打药+YCB-Ⅱ(T2)、常规施肥+YCB-Ⅱ(T3)和常规施肥+正常打药+YCB-Ⅱ(T4)5个处理,研究YCB-Ⅱ与肥药协同对烤烟产量、病虫害防控及土壤改良的影响.[结果]YCB-Ⅱ与肥药协同能增加烤烟产量、产值,降低烤烟病虫害并且提高土壤肥力,相比于CK、T1、T2、T3处理,T4处理产量依次增加80.9％、7.1％、173.4％和58.5％,产值分别增加73.7％、7.7％、296.8％和47.2％.T4处理较CK、T1、T2和T3处理均能显著降低(T1处理黑腐病除外)烤烟黑胫病、黑腐病、根结线虫病和普通花叶病,平均可降低51.0％、42.4％、46.3％和40.1％.同时,T4处理可显著提高土壤pH、土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾,分别增加9.3％、187.0％、38.9％、62.7％和175.7％.[结论]YCB-Ⅱ与肥药协同能将其效力发挥到最大.
