基于农户意愿角度的农村宅基地退出机制探究——以山东省禹城市4个空心村为例

摘要

基于禹城市调研数据,运用Logistic分析方法,对宅基地退出意愿的动力因素与阻力因素进行了基本描述与分析,对影响因素因子采用了加权平均值法,对其影响程度进行排序,针对禹城市农村宅基地退出存在的问题,提出一些对策建议.%Based on the research data of Yucheng City,applying Logistic analysis methods,the influencing factors that hindering and promoting the exit intention of homestead were described and analyzed.The weighted average method was adopted to the influencing factors,and the influence degree was sorted.In view of the problems existing in the withdrawal of rural residential land in Yucheng,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
