我国土地信托的实践与完善思考

摘要

随着经济发展,人地矛盾愈加尖锐,土地流转成为必然趋势.在绍兴、益阳、宿州等地,土地信托作为土地流转的新形式发展起来.文章归纳了土地信托的两种典型模式:益阳模式和宿州模式,简要介绍了两种模式的产生过程、主要做法以及主要特点,比较了两种模式的异同,指出了两种模式中存在的问题以及如何完善土地流转模式的思考.%With the development of economy,the contradiction between human and land is becoming increasingly acute,the rural land circulation will become an inevitable trend. As a new form of land circulation,land trust has developed in places such as Shaoxing,Yiyang,Suzhou. The article concludes two typical models of land trust:Yiyang model and Suzhou model, then makes a brief introduction of the two models'producing process,main practice and feature,puts forward similarities and difference through comparing the models,and raises some questions and thoughts on how to improve the models.
