治理理论视角下我国的微信版权保护研究

摘要

微信版权侵权事件频发,暴露出我国知识产权领域市场失灵与公共部门失灵并存的现状.文章通过运用多中心治理理论于知识产权领域,构建出知识产权治理模式来解决这一问题.在明确界定多元主体的不同角色时,倡导多元主体良性合作互动机制,以提高我国的微信版权保护力度.%The incidents of WeChat copyright infringement occur frequently exposing that market failure and the public sector failure coexist in the field of intellectual property in China.The author can solve this problem by applying the theory of multiple-subject governance to the field of intellectual property to build the mode of intellectual property governance.While clearly defining different roles of multiple-subject,the author advocates that the mechanism of positive interaction of multiple-subject should be built so as to improve the protection on WeChat copyright.
