施肥对刈割草坪恢复生长以及叶片色素影响的研究

         

摘要

为了研究施肥对草坪修剪后恢复生长的影响,以4年生早熟禾为试材,设置3个施肥处理,分别为T1(291.12kg/hm2),T2(349.42kg/hm2),T3(407.81kg/hm2),采用小区试验设计研究了不同施肥量对草坪叶片、植株生长和色素含量的影响规律。结果表明:T1、T2基础叶长度分别为18.10cm、19.20cm,均在理想范围内,而T3达到20.38cm,表现出徒长趋势;T1观赏叶宽最低,为0.28cm,分别低于T2和T3处理0.03cm和0.13cm;T1含水量降低幅度最大,低于对照9.22%,T3仅低于对照3.67%,而T2相反高于对照0.92%;T1叶绿素b含量最高,分别高于T2、T3处理0.15mg/g、0.05mg/g;T1总叶绿素含量为2.83mg/g,分别高于T2、T3处理0.15mg/g和0.04mg/g。综合分析认为,T1(291.12kg/hm2)施肥量对促进刈割草坪生长、提高观赏价值和降低养护成本效果最佳。%In order to study the grass recovering growth after mowing under fertilization, the author used 4 years old bluegrass as test materials, set 3 fertilization treatments that was T1: 291.12 kg/hm2, T2: 349.42 kg/hm2, T3: 407.81 kg/hm2, used plot experimental design study of different leaves fertilizer on the lawn of the law of leaves and plant growth and pigment content changes. The results showed that: T1, T2 treatment basis leaf length were 18.10 cm, 19.20 cm and all in the ideal range, but T3 treatment reached 20.38 cm and showed leggy trends; T1 treatment ornamental leaf width was 0.28 cm, lower than T2 and T3 was treatments 0.03 cm and 0.13 cm; T1 magnitude of the water content reduced largest and was lower than the control 9.22%, T3 lower than the control 3.67% but T2 was higher than control 0.92%; T1 treatment chlorophyll b content was highest and higher than T2, T3 treatment 0.15 mg/g, 0.05 mg/g; T1 total chlorophyll content was 2.83 mg/g, higher than T2, T3 treatment 0.15 mg/g and 0.04 mg/g. Comprehensive analysis that 291.12 kg/hm2 fertilizer treatment to promote grass growth and improve the ornamental value and reduce maintenance costs best.
