西兰花穴盘育苗幼苗生长动态及其数学模型研究

         

摘要

In order to reform traditional complicated seedling technique of Brassica oleracea var.italica,revealing the growth rules of plug seedlings in Brassica oleracea var.italica,promoting industrialization and improving quality of plug seedlings in Brassica oleracea var.italica,a statistical analysis on the experimental results of different plug sizes,substrates and base fertilizers was conducted.It is found that the seed germination rate increased and showed a curve growth rule,and the mathematical model was y=25.431 + 20.783d-1.3811d2(r=0.9919**,r0.01=0.7348).The seedling height showed a slow-fast-slow growth rule,and the mathematical model was h=-0.0008d2+ 0.3856d-0.7077(r=0.9882**,r0.01=0.7348).The seedling stem diameter displayed a slow-fast growth rule,and the mathematical model was S=0.0332d + 0.6471(r= 0.9877**,r0.01=0.7348).The main influencing factors(substrate,base fertilizer and climate) on the seedling growth were subjected to a statistic analysis to establish corresponding models,and thus providing important data for the effective adjustment of plug seedlings of Brassica oleracea var.italica.%为革新西兰花传统繁重的育苗技术,揭示西兰花穴盘育苗幼苗生长规律,更好地促进西兰花育苗产业化和品质提升,对西兰花穴盘育苗的不同穴盘规格处理以及基质、基肥等试验结果进行了系列的统计分析,表明种子出苗率随时序推进而增加并呈曲线变化,其数学模型为y=25.431+20.783d-1.3811d2(r=0.9919**,r0.01=0.7348);幼苗株高随时序推进,生长呈"慢—快—慢"变化,其数学模型为h=-0.0008 d2+0.3856d-0.7077(r=0.9882**,r0.01=0.7348);幼苗茎粗随时序推进,生长呈先慢后快,其数学模型为S=0.0332d+0.6471(r=0.9877**,r0.01=0.7348)。还对西兰花穴盘育苗的基质、基肥和气候与幼苗生长的相关性进行了系统的分析,建立了相应的数学模型,为西兰花穴盘育苗的有效调控提供重要依据。
