中国核桃嫁接繁殖技术研究进展

             

摘要

The research progress of root-stock, grafting method and the critical factors affecting grafting survival rate of walnut (Juglans regia L.) are summarized to lay a foundation for root-stock application and grafting seedlings. Based on the description of 7 different root-stocks and 4 kinds of grafting methods, the authors analyzed the effects of bleeding, temperature, grafting time and graft compatibility on grafting survival rate; and summarized domestic researches on grafting propagation techniques of walnut. Finally, suggestions and countermeasures for the healthy development of walnut industry were presented: (1) developing the industry according to the requirement on land conditions, and adhering to the principle of matching species with the site and adjusting measures to local conditions; (2) speeding up the development of new techniques and new products, improving the technology content of the industrial chain;(3) strengthening the construction of cooperation organizations, and building diversified economic cooperation organizations.%为了总结核桃砧木苗应用情况、核桃嫁接方法以及影响嫁接成活率的关键因素等方面的研究进展,为今后更好地开展核桃砧木应用和嫁接育苗工作奠定基础,本研究在阐述了7种不同核桃砧木苗、4种核桃嫁接方法的基础上,进一步分析了伤流、温度、嫁接时期和砧穗亲和力等因素对核桃嫁接成活率的影响,总结了中国核桃苗木繁育方面的研究与应用概况.并针对核桃产业健康发展,提出了以下对策建议:(1)依据良种核桃对土地条件的要求,坚持适地适树和因地制宜原则;(2)加快新技术和新产品研发,提升核桃产业链条科技含量;(3)加强合作组织建设,建立多元化的经济合作组织.
