在农田土壤中添加碳源会直接或间接的对氮素转化过程产生影响,从而影响氮素利用率.以国内外研究为基础,简述了碳源添加对农田土壤各形态氮含量和氮转化的影响过程,揭示出碳源添加对氮肥损失和利用率的影响机理,并展望了农田碳添加的研究前景,为指导农田合理施肥,提高土壤肥力提供研究基础.指出加强多学科交叉,多因素综合和长期定位研究是推动碳氮研究进展和田间成果转化的关键.%Addition of carbon sources to farmland soil could affect nitrogen transformation,thus affect nitrogen use efficiency.Based on domestic and international researches,the authors summarized the effect of carbon addition on soil nitrogen forms and nitrogen transformation,revealed the mechanism of the loss and utilization of nitrogen fertilizer after addition of carbon sources,discussed the prospect of carbon addition in farmland,and provided the research foundation for reasonable fertilization and improvement of soil fertility.Finally,the authors pointed out that strengthening interdisciplinary,comprehensive and long-term orientation research was the key to promote the carbon-nitrogen research and field achievements transformation.
