For the problem that fresh red jujube in natural conditions easily happened softening , wine , browning and de-cay , we have designed a coating equipment .This article has introduced the overall design scheme , working characteris-tics and the main technical parameters of this device .This device has reasonable structure and good performance .Also it is ease to use , high efficiency and universal performance .It has very important significance for extending the shelf life of fresh red jujube , enriching red jujube products market and improving the economic benefits of red jujube .%针对鲜红枣在自然条件下极易发生软化、酒化、褐变或腐烂等保鲜困难的问题，设计了一种涂膜保鲜装置。介绍了该装置的总体设计方案、工作特点及主要技术参数；通过涂膜时间和传送速度来调控涂膜风干保鲜效果，确定了主要工作部件的相关技术参数；设计了结构合理、涂膜性能良好、使用方便、工作效率高以及通用性好的鲜红枣涂膜保鲜装置，对延长鲜红枣保存期、丰富红枣制品市场和提高红枣经济效益具有十分重要的意义。
