采棉机产量监测系统 CAN 通信设计与研究

             

摘要

The real-time and reliability of communication design are the guarantee of cotton yield monitoring system .By studying CAN2.0 frame structure and the application-layer protocol constitution, CAN communication network was con-structed and realized based on WinCE multithread technology .Factors Influencing the real-time and reliability of CAN communication were analyzed by OPNET Modeler network simulation system .The experiment results showed that this de-sign not only met the need of cotton yield intelligent monitoring system , but also was characterized by good portability with the modular design and the Scalability of the application-layer protocol constitution .%通信设计的可靠性和实时性是采棉机产量监测系统稳定运行的保障。在研究 CAN 2.0协议和 CAN 总线应用层协议制定的基础之上,构建并实现了基于WinCE 多线程技术的 CAN 通信网络。通过 OPNET Modeler 网络仿真系统,分析了影响 CAN通信可靠性和实时性的因素。试验测试结果表明:该设计不仅能满足采棉机产量监测系统的通信需求,而且模块化的设计和具有扩展性的自定义 CAN 应用层协议,使该通信系统具有较高的可移植性。
