广东水稻机械化生产技术模式的形成与发展趋势

摘要

Guangdong is the main rice producing area in China , but also the weakest region of paddy mechanized produc-tion.With the aim to promote the development of mechanized production in Guangdong , based on investigation and ex-pert consultation , technology mode was studied in this paper .The results showed that the connotation of technology mode included two aspects of level and structure .The formation process was affected by internal and external factors , and the internal factors were fundamental and closely related to technology R&D , technology maturity and so on , while external factors mainly included rice varieties and natural disasters , land and infrastructure , organizational development , agricul-tural mechanization workers and the coordination of different departments , supporting measures , economic conditions and government investment .The development of technology mode resulted from the combined effects of technology itself and the supporting measures .The optimized mode would be formed with the matches of technology , organization and manage-ment.%为了促进广东水稻机械化生产的发展，通过调查研究和专家咨询，对其技术模式进行了研究。结果表明，技术模式包括水平和结构两个层面。模式的形成是内部因素和外部因素双重作用的结果。其中，内部因素来自于技术本身，主要与技术研发、技术成熟度等有关，是影响技术模式形成的根本因素；外部因素是在技术之外影响技术模式形成的因素，包括水稻品种与自然灾害、土地和基础设施建设、组织的发展、农机工作人员和农机农艺部门配合、扶持措施、经济条件和政府投入等方面。技术模式的发展是技术本身和配套措施相结合共同作用的结果，所以在把握技术发展总体方向的同时，必须从组织、管理等方面进行综合配套，才能形成优化的技术模式。
