玉米是山西的主要粮食作物之一，其产量和生产效率直接影响到山西整体粮食生产发展。稳定玉米生产，关键要提高玉米的生产效率。为此，运用DEA 的方法，实证分析了1978-2011年山西玉米生产的综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率以及投入产出的松弛量。研究结果显示，1978年以来山西玉米生产综合效率总体水平低下，尤其是1997年以来呈下降趋势；纯技术效率相对较低，除个别年份外均未达到最佳水平；规模效率未达到最优，1997年以来规模效率呈减少趋势；规模报酬经历了递增-递减的转变，2005年以来一直保持规模报酬递减状态；从投入角度来看，山西玉米生产存在劳动投入过剩的现象，需要进一步优化资源配置；从产出角度来看，2005年以来，山西玉米生产净产值和收益率未处于最优水平，仍有一定的增长空间。%Corn is one of the main grain in Shanxi province , it ’ s yield and production efficiency directly affects the whole grain-development of Shanxi .The most important way to stabilization production is to improve the production effi-ciency .This article use DEA model to analysis corn’ s whole technical efficiency、scale efficiency ,pure technical efficien-cy of Shanxi from 1978 to 2011 .The results showed that , since 1978 , the overall efficiency level of corn production is low, in particular, a downward trend since 1997.The pure technical efficiency is low , in addition to the individual years did not reach the optimal level .Scale efficiency is not optimal , scale efficiency tended to decrease since 1997 .Returns to scale experienced increment -decrement shift , since 2005 , has maintained a state of diminishing returns to scale .From input perspective , Shanxi corn production in the phenomenon of excess labor input , need to further optimize the alloca-tion of resources .From output perspective , since 2005 , corn production net output and yield is not in the optimal level , there is still some room for growth .
