热泵技术在我国农产品干燥中的应用及展望

摘要

利用热泵技术对农副产品干燥具有节能效果明显、干燥物料品质好的突出特点。为此，阐述了热泵干燥技术的基本原理及其分类，以及近几年在国内农副产品加工过程中的热泵干燥技术的最新进展。同时，介绍了国内现有几种主要农副产品热泵干燥研究的基本情况及效果，以及与其它干燥技术相联合的干燥工艺特点，并结合目前存在的问题提出了未来发展趋势。%The main advantages of using heat pump to dry agricultural product are remarkably energy saving and can gain high quality to keep dried products .The working principle and classification of heat pump drying technology were intro-duced .And the development of heat pump drying in home in recent years was indicated in the agricultural products processes .Several main researches on heat pump drier were investigated .As well as their technology characteristics com-bined other drying technology were discussed .According to the existing problems , and development trend is put forward in the future .
