Spray uniformity is one of the important indicators of the nozzle performance .In this article we designed the orthogonal experiment for the cone nozzle and studied the influence of the nozzle type , spray pressure , nozzle height on the distribution coefficient of variation through the method of visual analysis , variance analysis and regression analysis . The experiments carried out in the spray uniformity automated detection device .Results showed that the three factors of significance in descending order was nozzle types , nozzle height , spray pressure , and the optimal combination was TeeJet D5 nozzle, 0.3MPa spray pressure and 250mm nozzle height.%喷雾均匀性是喷头性能的重要指标之一,针对圆锥形喷头设计了正交试验,通过直观分析、方差分析和回归分析的方法,研究了喷头类型、喷雾压力、喷头高度对分布变异系数的影响。在喷雾均匀性自动化检测装置上完成试验,结果表明:3个因素的影响显著性由大到小的次序为喷头类型( T)、喷头高度( H)、喷雾压力(P);最优组合为:喷头类型TeeJet D5,喷雾压力0.3MPa,喷头高度250mm。
