矮化密植红枣收获机激振装置设计与运动分析

摘要

To solve the artificial harvest problem of dwarf and close planting jujube , based on planting pattern and har-vesting requirements of Xinjiang dwarf and close planting jujube , developed self-propelled dwarf and close planting ju-jube harvest machine .This paper discussed structure and working principle of excitation device and introduced the design process .through kinematic analysis of the excitation device , obtain parameters value of velocity , acceleration , inertia force in the positive and negative kinematic process of the rod .and provide theoretical basis for the dwarf and close plan ting jujube harvest machine further research .%为了解决矮化密植红枣人工收获的问题，根据新疆矮化密植红枣的种植模式和收获要求，研制了自走式矮化密植红枣收获机。介绍了激振装置的结构和工作原理，阐述了其设计过程。通过对激振装置进行运动分析，获得了工作过程中拨杆正反运动时速度、加速度和惯性力等参数值，为矮化密植红枣收获机的进一步研究提供了理论基础。
