茄果类蔬菜嫁接装置设计与试验

         

摘要

In order to solve the problems that the efficiency and survival rate of the manual graft of solanaceous vegetable were low and the existing equipment were not suitable for growing seedlings in china , a kind of solanaceous vegetable grafting machine with horizontal seedlings was developed based on the splice grafting process , which could implement fast operation by an individual ,and it used the fixed clamping with horizontal seedlings and the horizontal docking , as well as the principle of linear sliding and cutting seedlings .The experimental results showed that under the conditions of sliding cutting angle of 40°, cutting speed of 0.14m· s-1, and cutting knife’s thickness of 0.20mm, the pass rate of cutting was optimal , which met the grafting requirement .The grafting rate of the grafting machine was 512 seedlings /h which was 4 .5 times of manual grafting with grafting survival rate of 99 .5%, which increased by 3% and 8% compared to manual work , so the grafting machine had good performance in productivity and grafting quality which could met the de -mand for both industrial seedling .%为解决茄果类蔬菜手工嫁接工效低、成活率低及现有设备不适合我国育苗生产模式等问题,基于贴接法嫁接工艺,采用水平上苗固定夹持和水平对接方式,以及直线式滑切原理,开发茄果类蔬菜嫁接机,可实现单人快速作业。试验表明:秧苗切削角度为25°时,在滑切角度为40°、切削速度为0.14m/s、切刀厚度为0.20mm条件下,秧苗切削合格率为100%,满足嫁接技术要求。该机平均生产效率为512株/h,是手工作业的4.5倍;嫁接成功率为98.5%,嫁接苗成活率为99.5%,与手工相比分别提高了3%和8%。其嫁接质量和生产效率显著提高,能够满足工厂化嫁接育苗的生产需求。
