曲轴滚筒式苗期残膜捡拾机构的设计

         

摘要

地膜覆盖技术的广泛推广和应用,极大地推进了我国农业经济的发展,提高了农产品的产量和品质;但残留在土壤中的地膜在自然条件下极难降解,对农业的可持续发展造成巨大危害。为了回收田间残膜,通过对国内外残膜回收机的研究和借鉴,设计一种曲轴滚筒式残膜捡拾机。该残膜回收机工作时,松土铲松土,起膜铲辅助捡拾机构捡膜,卸膜辊卸膜并收集到回收箱,避免造成二次污染。田间试验表明,在动力由铁牛55提供、前进速度为3.6km/h 时,捡拾率约为88%,卸膜率达95%,生产效率为0.6hm2/h。%Plastic mulching technology application and extension , greatly promote the development of agricultural econo-my in our country , improve the yield and quality of agricultural products .But the residues in the soil mulch extremely difficult to degradation under natural conditions , do great harm to the sustainable development of agriculture .For recy-cling the residual film field , based on the research of the residual film recycling machine at home and abroad and refer-ence , design a kind of crankshaft drum remnant film collecting machine .The residual film recycling machine is working , break shovel dirt , a film shovel supplementary collector and pick up membrane , membrane roll film unload and collect to the recycling bin , avoid to cause secondary pollution .Field experiment , the power provided by the iron cow 55 , speed is 3.6Km/h, collecting rate of about 88%, the discharge rate was 95%, and the membrane machine production efficiency is 0.6hm2/h.
