为满足穴盘芽播育苗的机械化要求,设计了一种玉米芽种植质钵育秧盘精量囊种装置,并对主要工作部件的结构和工作原理进行了介绍。同时,对主要参数进行了单因素、多因素试验研究和优化,并进行了验证试验。结果表明:当其他参数固定,型孔直径为14.5 mm、种箱速度为0.095 m/s 时,性能指标单粒率为93.12%,空穴率为2.01%,多粒率为4.87%,损伤率为0%,破碎率为0%,满足技术要求。%According to the requirement of factory seedling agronomics , a maize bud-seed precise filling device was presented for use in cold areas .The structure and working principle of the main working parts are introduced .Single-factor test and multi-factor test were performed to optimise the parameters of a maize bud-seeds bowl-tray precise device and to improve the filling performance .The test of optimization parameters was verified .The results show that when the other parameters are fixed , the shaped hole diameter is 15mm, the velocity of the seed box is 0.095m/s, the single-seed rate is 93.12%, the empty-seed rate is 2.01%, the multi-seed rate of is 4.87%, the damage rate is 0%, the broken rate is 0%.The performance index by testing verification can meet the technical requirements .
