对温室育苗槽基质进行消毒能够解决连作后自毒产物增多、抵抗力下降及病菌传播等问题，可为基质的循环使用提供保障。目前，我国基质消毒存在设备结构简单，人力劳动强度大，作业环境不安全等问题。为此，设计了一种移动式温室育苗槽基质蒸汽消毒机，可将基质槽中基质抛起，同时注入高温气体与基质充分接触，达到消毒的目的。该消毒机设计合理，符合温室育苗槽基质蒸汽消毒要求，能降低劳动强度，具有非常好的发展前景。%the greenhouse seedling disinfection slot matrix can be solved after continuous cropping decreased from toxic products increase , resistance , spread the germs , offers protection for matrix of recycling .But at present our country ma-trix disinfection equipment has simple structure , human labor intensity , work environment uneasy congruent .In order to solve the problem of greenhouse matrix disinfection difficult , we design a portable greenhouse seedling slot matrix steam sterilizer , the disinfection machine will throw up a slot in the matrix , the matrix into high temperature gas fully contact with the substrate at the same time , achieve the purpose of disinfection .The disinfection machine design is reasonable , conform to the requirements of the greenhouse seedling slot matrix steam sterilization , can reduce the labor intensity , has the very good development prospect .
