随行自走式果园割草机的设计与试验研究

             

摘要

针对北方山地中小型矮砧密植苹果园生草制管理中所面临的果园地形复杂及割草作业量大等问题,设计开发了随行自走式果园割草机。该机采用双离合结构,能够实现机具行走与割草作业分别控制。手动控制行走离合可以实现操作人员随行,降低了劳动强度。该机设计割幅为60cm,割茬高度可在5~10cm 范围内调节,正常工作速度为3~5 km/h。田间试验结果表明:该型割草机工作性能良好,单位区域内杂草撕裂率0.47%,漏割率1.50%,杂草碎段区域平均长度79.39mm,碎草性能较好,工作效率可达0.5hm2/h。该机结构设计合理,割草作业质量能够满足农艺要求,为我国中小型果园生草制管理作业提供了技术支持。%Against the north mountain in the management of small and medium-sized dwarf anvil dense planting apple or-chards sward facing the complex terrain of orchard, cut the grass down big problems, designed and developed with self-contained orchard lawn mower.This machine adopts double clutch structure, can achieve walking machine and cut the grass work control respectively.Manual control walking clutch can realize operation personnel accompanying, reduces the labor intensity.The machine design cutting length 60cm, stubble height can be adjusted within 5cm to 10cm, normal working speed is 3~5km/h, the field experiment results show that the retrofit mowing work performance is good, the u-nit area of weeds tear rate was 0.47%, the leakage rate cut 1.50%, weeds fragile region the average length of 79.39 mm, crushed grass performance is good, the efficiency can reach 0.5hm2/h, the average fuel consumption of 4.75L/hm2 .
