木薯收获机挖掘铲的受力分析与优化

摘要

Load condition of a digging shovel directly affects its performance and working life , and what mainly impacts on a digging shovel ' s load condition is the angle of shovel surface .In this paper , we conduct a force analysis on the process of reaching the digging depth and digging cassavas , then optimize the digging angle using ANSYS .In this way , we obtain the best angle of both big and small shovel surface in minimal load condition at the specific digging depth .This work provides the theoretical base for structural optimum design of digging shovels .%挖掘铲的受力情况直接影响挖掘机的工作效果及寿命,挖掘铲面角度是影响挖掘铲受力的主要因素.为此,对木薯收获机挖掘铲在达到挖掘深度进行挖掘木薯的过程进行受力分析,并利用 ANSYS 软件对铲面角度进行优化,得出在一定的挖掘深度下受力最小的大铲面和小铲面的最佳角度,为挖掘铲的结构优化设计提供理论依据.
