柠条灌木大面积种植产生了很好的防风固沙生态效益,还成为颗粒饲料、燃料和环保建筑材料的优质资源,其开发利用前景非常广阔. 在进行柠条固体成型材料的转化利用中,需要研究柠条的动态黏弹性性质,对成型工艺优化和柠条成型材料性质的评估等具有重要价值. 为此,利用热动态机械性能分析仪( DMA ) ,进行了柠条固体成型材料压缩试验研究,测定了储存模量、损耗模量和损耗因子的温度谱与频率谱,重点分析了柠条固型材料的玻璃化转变特性等动态黏弹性性质与温度和频率的响应情况,结果可为柠条环保材料的转化利用和工艺优化等提供参考.%Caragana korshinskii , as a kind of shrub plant , is very good for sand fixation and wind prevention .Besides , it is a quality resource for pellet feed , solid fuel and environmental building materials which gives Caragana a wide deve lopment prospect .In the process of conversion and utilization for Caragana solid forming materials , we are required to study the dynamic viscoelastic properties of Caragana .It' s important to forming process optimization and evaluating quali-ty of Caragana forming materials .In the compression experiments of Caragana solid forming materials , the temperature spectra and frequency spectra of storage modulus , loss modulus and loss factor were studied by DMA ( thermal dynamic mechanical analyzer ) .Furthermore , the dynamic viscoelastic properties such as glass transition property were analyzed . Obtained results will serve as a reference for transformational utilization and process optimization of Caragana environmen -tal materials .
