自走式捡拾高留茬切割装置设计与试验

             

摘要

In accordance with the demand that the high moisture content of crop needs to be baling after drying in the sun two or three days.This paper developed a self-contained collecting, high stubble cutting device,with 4L-4.0 type of all-in-one machine of combine harvester and baler as the prototype , redesign the pick up width , spring tooth spacing , feeding amount ,and inversion of institutions of the self-propelled pickup , high stubble cutting device .Implementing the straw collecting and high stubble cutting .Compared with the traction pick up baler ,this self-propelled pickup , high stub-ble cutting baler is more flexible and more adaptive .It can also improve the utilization rate of straw more efficiently .%针对含水率高的作物需要晾晒2~3天后再进行秸秆捡拾打捆的需求,研制了自走式捡拾高留茬切割装置。以4L-4.0型稻麦联合收获打捆复式作业机为样机,将拨禾轮更换为新设计的捡拾装置,对捡拾幅宽、弹齿间距、喂入量匹配及反转机构进行了分析和设计,实现田间秸秆的捡拾打捆和高留茬作物的切割回收。与目前市场上的牵引式捡拾打捆机相比,设计的自走式捡拾高留茬切割打捆机灵活性更好、适应性更强,实现了一机多用。
