搅龙式秸秆切碎装置揉切机理分析及参数优化

         

摘要

为揭示全混合日粮搅拌机的揉切机理,设计了一种搅龙式秸秆切碎装置,并对秸秆的切碎过程进行分析研究.根据秸秆在装置中的运动过程及受力情况,将秸秆在空间上的运动过程分为Ⅰ区、Ⅱ区、Ⅲ区、Ⅳ区4个区域.通过理论分析,确定了秸秆切碎过程主要发生在Ⅱ区,揉搓主要发生在Ⅲ区,明确了切割线速度、齿板数量、箱体倾角对秸秆粉碎率影响显著.以切割线速度、齿板数量、箱体倾角为试验因素,以秸秆粉碎率为评价指标,采用二次正交旋转组合方法设计方案,进行试验研究.结果表明:对全混日粮搅拌机揉切效果影响显著程度依次为齿板数量、切割线速度、箱体倾角;当切割线速度为22.7~25m/min、齿板数量为5~8个、箱体倾角为71.8°~75°时,秸秆粉碎率为88.5%~92.3%,秸秆的粉碎效果可以满足肉羊饲喂需求.%In order to reveal the rubbing cutting mechanism analysis of Total Mixed Rations Mixer,this paper designed a kind of stirring dragon type straw cutting device and analyzed the chopping process of straw.According to the movement process and force of the straw in the device,the movement process of straw in space is divided into four areas:Ⅰarea,Ⅱarea,Ⅲ area,Ⅳarea.Through theoretical analysis,it is determined that the straw chopping process occurred mainly in the second zone,and the rubbing occurred mainly in the third area.the cutting speed,the number of teeth plates and the inclination of the box body were clearly affected;Based on the cutting speed,the number of tooth plates and the inclina-tion of the box body,the straw crushing rate was used as the evaluation index,and the design scheme of the quadratic or-thogonal rotation combination method was adopted to carry out the experimental study.The results of the test showed that:The influence of the effect of the mixing effect of the whole mixing grain mixer was the number of the tooth plate,the cut-ting linear speed and the inclination of the box body when cutting speed is 22.7-25m/min,tooth plate number for 5-8, the inclination of the box body is 71.8°-75°, the straw crushing rate is 88.5%-92.3%, which could met the mutton sheep production food requirement of Total Mixed Ration.
