不同生物农药的喷雾覆盖率与叶面沉积量的试验研究

     

摘要

为了研究不同生物农药的叶面喷雾效果,采用了自动喷杆导轨装置、红外/可见光光谱仪、平面扫描仪及粘度计和表面张力测定仪等对5种不同生物农药对在平面扇形喷嘴 XR8004和中空锥形喷嘴 TXVK8004两种常规喷嘴,相同喷雾压力、相同喷雾高度和相同实验室环境情况下的叶面覆盖率、沉积量、粘度和表面张力进行了对比试验研究,并进行讨论.试验结果表明:油性生物农药比非油性喷雾样本的叶面沉积量要高;喷嘴的类型、孔径大小和喷量流速等对喷雾覆盖率的大小有较大影响,而生物农药喷雾样本的种类影响较小;除了 Botoni-Gard ? ES,其余生物农药的粘度和表面张力的变化基本与喷嘴 XR8004的喷雾覆盖率变化类似,从 Molt-X ?、BotaniGard ? 20WP、Cease ?到 Suffoil-X ?成上升变化趋势.%In order to study the spray efficiency of different bio-pesticides, the tests of leaf coverage, spray deposition, viscosity and surface tension of five different kinds of bio-pesticides were conducted by the automatic spray boom system, the infrared/visible spectrometer, the surface scanner, the viscometer and the surface tension analyzing system with the flat fan nozzle XR8004 and the hollow cone TXVK8004 at the same spray pressure and spray height,under the same la-boratory environment. The results showed that the spray deposition of oily bio-pesticide sample was higher than that of the non-oily spray sample. The type,size and flow rate of the nozzle had a great influence on the spray coverage. In addition to BotoniGard?ES, the change bio-pesticide sample in viscosity and surface tension is similar to that of the spray cov-erage with nozzle XR8004,which was upward trend from Molt-X?,Botani Gard?20WP,Cease?to Suffoil-X?.
