免耕精量施肥播种机监控系统的研制

         

摘要

According to domestic no-tillage precise fertilization planter lack of intelligent monitoring devices , tractor driver can not directly monitor the lack of seed and fertilizer,dissatisfaction of the tillage depth, developed a no-tillage precise fertilization monitoring system.Display current tillage depth, average tillage depth,operating area, operating speed, seeding quantity,operating width, tillage depth curve through the touching screen.Also the monitoring system can save and inquire the operating information.When these situations arise, such as lack of seed and fertilizer,jam of seed and fertilizer,dissatisfaction of the tillage depth, it can give an alarm by buzzer.With the GPRS wireless transmission technology, operating information which is supervised can be transmitted to a remote management system.Through satellite positioning module, achieve the repetition of machine operation path.The field experiment results show that the system run stably and reliably, alarming accuracy is high.It has a great significance to improve the automatic and intelligent level of corn seeding machinery.%针对目前国内免耕精量施肥播种机缺少智能化监控装置,机手无法直接监测作业过程中出现的缺种、缺肥、耕深不达标等故障的问题,开发了一种免耕精量施肥播种机监控系统.通过触摸屏实时显示当前耕深、平均耕深、作业面积、作业速度、作业幅宽、行播种数及耕深曲线等,并可实现作业信息保存和查询,出现缺种、堵种、缺肥、堵肥、耕深不达标时,通过蜂鸣器进行报警提示;采用GPRS无线传输技术,作业信息可传输到远程管理系统,便于监管;通过卫星定位模块,实现机具作业路径的复现.田间试验表明:该系统工作稳定可靠,报警准确率高,对提升玉米播种机械自动化和智能化作业水平具有重大的意义.
