Before relocation, Whitney Museum of Art held a large-scale retrospective of Jeff Koons for its closing exhibi-tion.This article analyzes the reasons for the museum′s decision to do so and points out that Mention Koons′s influence stems not only from market and kitsch but also from the fact that he continued the context which Andy Warhol had created and his works are children-orientated.These are breakthroughs he made to contemporary art and the reasons for his success.%惠特尼美术馆于搬迁前，选择杰夫・昆斯的大规模回顾展作为闭馆展。分析惠特尼美术馆做此决策的原因，提出昆斯的影响力除了源自于金融与媚俗之外，还源于他延续了沃霍尔创造的语境，以及作品中风格正向单纯的儿童取向，这些也是昆斯对当代艺术特有的突破和其成功的独特因素。
