低剂量对比剂在头颈部CT血管减影成像中的应用

Objective To investigate the low dose contrast material in the head and neck CT angiography subtraction angiography imaging feasibility.Methods 100 patients with head and neck CT imaging in patients with vascular subtrac-tion angiography were divided into two groups at random, regular set of contrast medium injection dose is 70 ml, dose 50 ml, low dose group of the same injection rate enhanced scanning, using VR MIP MPR CRP methods such as the image is reconstructed and classifies the image quality analysis.Results Two groups of image quality between the two groups yield fairly, no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusions For MDCT, application of low dose contrast medium in-jection for head and neck.%目的：探讨低剂量对比剂在头颈部CT血管减影成像中的可行性。方法对100例进行头颈部CT血管减影成像患者随机均分成两组，常规组对比剂的注射剂量为70 mL，低剂量组注射剂量50 mL，相同的注射速率进行增强扫描，采用VR、MIP、MPR、CRP等方法重建图像并对两组的影像质量进行归类分析。结果两组间的影像质量优、良率相当，无统计学差异（ P＞0．05）。结论对多层螺旋CT而言，应用注射低剂量对比剂进行头颈部血管减影成像是可行的，可以满足临床诊断要求。
