综合护理措施用于60例新生儿肺炎患儿的临床分析

摘要

Objective To investigate and study the clinical care of children with neonatal pneumonia points.Methods Case select between 2010.1~2012.12 for the children in our hospital 120 cases of neonatal pneumo-nia were randomly divided into two groups , a control group of 60 patients with conventional care , observation group , 60 patients integrated care measures.Results The total effective rate was observed in children was 98.3% (59/60), the total efficiency of the children in the control group was 91.7%(55/60), the observation group were significantly better than the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Children with neonatal pneumonia condition changes quickly , should strengthen monitoring , vital signs and close observation of changes in con-dition, timely rescue, intensive care, strengthen basic care measures and symptomatic care , in order to help children re-cover quickly.%目的：探讨和研究新生儿肺炎患儿的临床护理要点。方法病例选取为2010-01～2012-12之间我院收治的120例新生儿肺炎患儿，随机分为两组，对照组60例采用常规护理，观察组60例采用综合护理措施。结果观察组患儿总有效率98.3％（59/60），对照组患儿总有效率91.7％（55/60），观察组显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论新生儿肺炎患儿的病情变化快，应当加强监护，密切观察生命体征及病情变化，做到及时抢救、精心护理，加强基础护理措施和对症护理，才能帮助患儿尽快康复。
