胆道出血的诊断及处理（附16例报告）

摘要

Objective To explore the diagnosis and management of hemobilia in order to enhance the clinical level in diagnosis and treatment further.Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with hemobilia hospitalized in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 16 patients, 4 cases received non -surgical therapy , 11 cases received surgical treatment , and one case was given with selective hepatic artery embolization.The bleeding was successfully stopped in 11 cases, only one case died of infective shock.Conclusions Management for patients with hemobilia are carried out according to the specific causes , location of bleeding and the technology condition of hospital.%目的：探讨胆道出血的诊断及处理方法，以进一步提高临床诊治水平。方法回顾性分析2005年1月～2013年12月收治的16例胆道出血患者的临床资料。结果本组非手术治疗4例，手术治疗11例，选择性肝动脉栓塞治疗1例。除1例死于感染性休克外，其余患者均存活。结论胆道出血应根据具体的出血原因、部位及技术条件采取相应的治疗方法。
