Objective Psychological nursing intervention was applied to cerebral angiography in the clinical effect and value.Methods Randomly selected in our hospital were 70 cases of cerebral angiography in patients with, accord-ing to the different models of care, patients were divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing, the observation group was based on the implementation of psychologi-cal care, observe the nursing satisfaction and psychological state of the two groups, compared with the effect of the two groups of nursing.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.3%, the control group was 80%, and the observation group SAS score was better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was signifi-cantly different (P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of cerebral angiography, and in patients with the implemen-tation of psychological nursing intervention, can effectively improve the patients′satisfaction with nursing care, improve the curative effect, the higher the value of clinical application.%目的 心理护理干预措施应用于全脑血管造影术中的临床效果和价值. 方法 随机选取收治的70例全脑血管造影术患者,按照不同的护理模式,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组35例. 对照组实施常规护理,观察组以此为基础实施心理护理,观察两组患者的护理满意度和心理状态,对比两组护理效果. 结果 观察组护理满意度为94.3%,对照组为80.0%,且观察组SAS评分结果优于对照组,两组对比有明显差异( P<0.05 ). 结论 在全脑血管造影术治疗过程中,对患者实施心理护理干预,可有效提高患者的护理满意度,提高手术疗效,临床应用价值较高.
