氨甲环酸的不同应用方式对全膝关节置换术中及术后失血量的影响

摘要

目的：探讨氨甲环酸的不同应用方式对全膝关节置换术术中及术后失血量的影响。方法选取2013年～2014年行全膝关节置换的100例患者，分为A组50例关节置换前1 g稀释于100 mL生理盐水后静脉注射氨甲环酸；B组50例在止血带释放前关节囊缝合后局部关节腔注射浓度为3％氨甲环酸稀释溶液50 mL。结果两组在术中的失血量对比无差异（P＞0．05），比较术后的出血量、输血量、输血人数、血红蛋白差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），A组优于B组。结论全膝关节置换术前10 min静脉滴注氨甲环酸能明显降低患者术后出血量及输血量，此药物安全有效，可有效用于全膝关节置换手术。%Objective Discussion tranexamic acid of different application modes affect intraoperative and postopera-tive blood loss in total knee Replacement Surgery.Methods Select 100 cases of total knee replacement patients from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital ,who were divided into group A 50 cases of arthroplasty 1 g diluted in 100 mL normal saline after the intravenous injection of tranexamic acid;group B 50 illustrated in hemostasis before the band released joint cap-sule suture after partial articular injection at a concentration of 3%tranexamic acid solution was diluted 50 mL.Results Blood loss contrast no difference (P>0.05), comparison of postoperative bleeding, blood transfusion, the number of blood transfusions, hemoglobin difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) , A group was better than group B. Conclusions Before total knee arthroplasty 10 min intravenous tranexamic acid significantly reduced blood loss and blood transfusion patients.The drug is safe and effective.It can be effectively used for total knee replacement surgery.
