成人高等学历教育网络学习流程设计研究

摘要

With the development of information technology and the policy of the administrative ex-amination approval of network distance higher diploma education will be cancelled by the ministry of ed-ucation .The traditional adult higher education institutions are actively preparing to enter the field of network education .How to make the balance between the quality of the scale of network education and teaching quality has become the common and to be in depth study problem of the network education . This paper bases on the social constructivism theory to ensure the quality of network education ,through designing an open and personalized E learning process .%随着信息技术的发展，以及教育部取消利用网络实施远程高等学历教育行政审批政策的出台，一些从事传统成人高等学历教育的高校正积极筹备进入网络教育领域。如何协调网络高等学历教育规模与教学质量之间的平衡，已成为网络高等学历教育普遍面临且亟待深入研究的问题。本文以社会构建主义为理论基础，通过设计以成人学生为中心的个性化、开放性的网络学习流程来确保网络教学质量。
