Primary discussion on speech intelligibility of Chinese and the speech transmission index

摘要

The relation between the speech intelligibility of Chinese and thespeech transmission index(STI)is discussed,which is based on some useful proper-ties of the modulation transfer function(MTF)and the result obtained by articula-tion tests under different signal-to-noise ratios.
