N 掺杂 TiO2/ACF 复合材料的制备和表征

     

摘要

以钛酸丁酯(Ti(OC4 H9)4)为前躯体,尿素(CO(NH2)2)为 N 源,采用胶溶回流法制备了 N 掺杂的 TiO2,利用浸渍提拉法将其负载到活,炭纤维(Activated Carbon Fiber,ACF)表面,制得 TiO2/ACF 复合材料,运用 X 射线衍射(X-Ray Diffraction,XRD)、X 射线光电子能谱(X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy,XPS)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(Uv-vis-Diffuse Reflection Spectroscopy,Uv-vis-DRS)、氮气吸附法(Brunauer-Emmertt-Teller,BET)等手段对复合材料进行了表征,考察了复合材料光催化降解气相甲醛的,能。研究结果表明:提高回流温度有利于抑制 TiO2由锐钛矿型向金红石型转变;掺入氮元素可以抑制 TiO2晶粒的生长,同时其激发光源从紫外光区拓展到了可见光区,但在紫外光区的吸光度有所下降;当回流温度为80℃、煅烧温度为400℃、掺氮量为1%时,复合材料对甲醛的去除率最高,可达到82.1%。%Ti(OC 4 H9 )4 as precursor and CO(NH2 )2 as N source,N /TiO2 is prepared using peptization-reflux.TiO2 is loaded to ACF surface by the use of dip-coating method.TiO2 /ACF is characterized by means of X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS),Uv-vis-Diffuse Reflection Spectroscopy(Uv-vis-DRS)and Brunauer-Emmertt-Teller(BET).And the performance of degradation CH2 O is investigated.The results show that the rise of the reflux temperature is beneficial to restraining the conversion of TiO2 from anatase to rutile.N incorporated into TiO2 helps control the growth of TiO2 grains.And the range of light absorbed by TiO2 is red shifted,but the absorbance is decreased in the ul-traviolet.When the reflux temperature is 80 ℃,the calcination temperature is 400 ℃ and doping N con-tent is 1 %,the rate of removal for CH2 O is maximum,up to 82.1 % by TiO2 /ACF in the visible light.
