考虑履带张力作用的稳态转向性能

     

摘要

To study the steady-state steering performances , the steering model is deduced by using the shear stress and shear displacement relationship between the track and the ground , and the dynamic e-quation set is established and solved .By analyzing the influence of track tension on the load distribution form, the influence of the track tension on the steering performance is analyzed , and the experiment is carried out for verification .The results show that the model computation results with consideration of track tension action and the test data are fit well , which verifies the scientificity of steering model and provides the new theory foundation for steady-state steering of tracked vehicle .%为了研究履带车辆稳态转向性能,运用履带与土壤之间的剪切应力和剪切位移关系推导了稳态转向模型,建立了动力学方程组并进行了求解。通过分析履带张力对接地压力分布形式的影响,研究了履带张力作用对稳态转向性能的影响,并进行了实车试验验证。结果表明:考虑履带张力作用的模型计算结果与试验数据有很好的一致性,证实了所建立转向模型的科学性,为履带车辆稳态转向性能研究提供了新的理论依据。
