改良补片放置方式无钉合完全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术

摘要

目的 探讨补片在腹腔镜全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术(totally extraperitoneal approach,TEP)中放置方式,以降低其并发症、住院费用等.方法 2009年8月至2011年10月间对108例腹股沟疝病人使用了新的改良补片放置方法的TEP手术,进行术后随访及回顾分析.结果 平均单侧手术时间35 min,双侧60 min,无中转其他术式;平均随访10个月,术后无复发、疼痛等并发症;2例术后出血,3例阴囊血清肿.结论 改良补片放置方法手术简单、安全、可靠,并发症少,无复发,不需钉合,有利于推广.%Objective To explore a best way of mesh put in laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal herniorrhaphy (TEP) cut down its complication and cost of hospitalization and so on. Methods We accomplished 108 cases of TEP operations by using improved way of mesh from August 2009 to October 2011 and the following up and the retrospectively analyzed were done. Results The mean operation time was 35min in unilateral patients and 60 min in bilateral patients. And there was no changed other operation in operation. The average follow-up time was 10 months, and there was no recrudes-cent case and pain case. But there were 2 cases hemorrhage after operation and 3 cases seroma of scrotum. Conclusion This improved way of mesh is a way of simple, safety, dependable, less complication, no recrudescent and no-stapling. So, it should he extended.
