行进间运球低手上篮是中小学篮球课的必修内容,也是教学的重点也是难点,当前的教学方法多种多样,但归结难点,在于如何快速有效的掌握脚步动作。本文试图以行进间运球上篮的脚步教学为研究重点,分享一下自身的教学经验,为广大体育教学者提供一个教学参考。%Moving ball underhand lay-up shot is the primary and secondary school basketball class for the compulsory content, also is the teaching emphasis and difficulty, the current teaching methods varied, but attributed the difficulty, is how to quickly and effectively grasp the pace of action.
