Since the realization of independence, most African countries have made slow progress on the road to industrialization, and some countries have even witnessed the economic situation of"deindustrialization".The main reason that affects the industrialization process in Africa is that economic policies based on the experiences of developed countries are not in line with the actual situation of developing countries. Therefore, by rethinking the existing economic theories, the new structural economics proposes development strategy of comparative advantage theory and a framework of growth identification and facilitation.Based on the fact that some African countries are beginning to transform their development ideas and achieve a phased industrialization success, the new structural economics is positively influencing Africa's industrialized development pattern and is providing many African countries a practical solution to achieving sustainable economic growth.%自实现独立以来,大部分非洲国家在推进工业化的道路上进展缓慢,部分国家甚至出现了"去工业化"的现象.而影响非洲工业化进程的主要原因在于,基于发达国家发展经验的经济政策并不适用于发展中国家的实际情况,新结构经济学通过对现有的经济学理论进行反思,提出了遵循比较优势的发展战略和增长甄别与因势利导框架.从一些非洲国家开始转变发展思路、实现阶段性的工业化成就中可以看出,新结构经济学正在积极地影响着非洲的工业化进程,并为非洲国家最终实现持续的经济增长提供了务实的方案.
