科卡科多水电站引水隧洞灌浆加固方法探讨

             

摘要

Water diversion tunnel in Kekaduo hydropower station is formed mainly by volcanic and intrusive rocks,which rocks brittle and easily broken.2014 affect multiple fault fracture zone fault occurs card machine TBM tunneling process by January,in order to make the TBM turnaround,fault fracture zone in the surround-ing rock were grouting process,excavation hole auxiliary operations,select GU ultrafine grout and YDS-40 high penetration of epoxy composite material chemical grouting ,select the grouting process and methods for quality assessment after the grout through the drill core inspection.%科卡科多水电站引水隧洞以火山岩和侵入岩为主,岩石性脆且易破碎。2014年1月TBM掘进过程中受多条断层破碎带的影响而发生卡机故障,为了使TBM脱困,对断层破碎带内的围岩进行了灌浆加固处理,开挖了辅助作业洞,选择GU超细水泥浆和YDS-40高渗透环氧化学材料进行复合灌浆,选择了灌浆工艺和方法,灌浆结束后通过钻芯检查进行质量评价。
