To solve data acquisition system layout and hydraulic structures and other issues of conflict during safety monitoring of the dam crest deformation in Guanyinge Reservoir RCC from the multi-program compari-son merit determined by a number of benchmark issues such as integrated delivery research ,select a baseline monitoring program arranged to form an association to monitor the project elements to solve the difficulties of deformation monitoring system layout design ,to achieve a comprehensive safety monitoring deformation of roller compacted concrete dam based automation.%为解决观音阁水库碾压混凝土大坝安全监测中坝顶变形监测的数据采集系统布置与水工结构冲突等问题,从多方案比较中择优确定,通过对多个基准传递等问题的综合研究,选择监测基线布置方案,形成了监测要素的工程关联,解决了变形监测的系统布置设计难点,实现了基于自动化的碾压混凝土坝全面的变形安全监测。
