基于水足迹理论的区域水资源管理对策探析

摘要

通过引入水足迹理论, 探寻区域水资源消耗模式调整的切入点, 衡量区域水资源供需水平, 揭示了水足迹理论的基本内涵及统计方法. 基于上述理论, 提出降低区域水足迹, 提升区域虚拟水价值的水资源管理对策: 降低农业水足迹、 降低工业水足迹、 调整区域产业结构以及推动区域虚拟水贸易等举措. 研究可为区域水资源的合理开发利用以及科学管理提供决策依据.%By introducing water footprint theory,to explore the region's water consumption patterns to adjust the starting point,a measure of regional water supply and demand levels,it reveals the basic connotation and statistical methods Water Footprint Theory.Based on the above theory ,reduce regional water footprint ,enhance regional virtual water value of water resources management strategies:reduce agricultural water footprint ,re-duce industrial water footprint,the regional industrial structure adjustment and promotion of regional initiatives such as virtual water trade.Research can provide decision-making basis for the rational development and uti-lization of regional water resources and scientific management.
