加强软环境建设提高研究生质量

摘要

研究生教育改革的根本目的是提高人才培养的质量，重视软环境建设是提高人才质量的重要管理理念和制度保障。具体包括：优化人才培养方案、加强课程体系建设、重视导师的育人价值、完善管理制度、建立交流平台、加强实践训练以及重视硕士论文的质量等方面。%The fundamental purpose of postgraduate education reform is to improve the quality of graduate students training, paying attention to the soft environment construction which is an important management concept and system guarantee of improving the quality of talents. It includes: optimizing training programs ,strengthening the curriculum system construction, attention to the value of education instructors, improving the management sys-tem, establishing communication platform,enhancing practical training and paying attention to the quality of mas-ter's thesis.
