目的：探讨分析妇女在绝经后乳腺癌术前采用阿那曲唑行新辅助内分泌临床效果观察。方法：对84例绝经后乳腺癌患者入院资料进行回顾性分析，对激素受体阳性患者术前使采用阿那曲唑片进行治疗3个月。观察84名患者在切除前后测量各项观测指标。结果：在治疗12周后，1/3的患者症状得到了部分缓解。结论：在临床上，采用阿那曲唑对妇女绝经后乳腺癌术前新辅助治疗的效果和明显，基本上没有不良反应，而且耐受性也很好。具有一定的临床效果，非常值得在临床上大力推广。%Objective To study the analysis of the women in postmenopausal breast cancer received anastrozole neoadjuvant endocrine clinical effect observation. Method 84 cases for treatment of postmenopausal breast cancer patients admitted to hospital data were retro-spectively analyzed,patients before undergoing surgery about three months were adopted anastrozole tablets for treatment of treatment,the observation indexes of 84 patients were detecteded before and after resection. Results In the three months after treatment,more than half of the patients with symptoms of some relief. Conclusion In clinical,the use of anastrozole preoperative neoadjuvant therapy for postmenopaus-al women breast cancer is effective and obvious,basically do not have any adverse reactions,and tolerance is also very good. There is a cer-tain clinical effect,it is worth promoting in clinic.
