目的：探讨预见性护理干预对重症手足口病重型病例预后的影响情况。方法：分析重症手足口病患儿97例临床资料，依据护理措施不同进行临床分组，常规护理组47例和预见性护理组50例。结果：预见性护理组重症手足口病患儿临床治疗总有效率明显高于常规护理组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：预见性护理干预在重症手足口病患儿应用可以明显的提高临床治疗效果，改善预后，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore influence of severe hand - foot - mouth disease prognosis by predictive nursing interven-tion. Method To analyze 97 cases clinical data of severe hand-foot-mouth disease prognosis by predictive nursing intervention,who was to be divided into two groups,routine nursing group 47 cases and predictive nursing intervention group 50 cases. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of predictive nursing intervention group were higher than routine nursing group,the difference was statistically sig-nifican(P<0. 05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of severe hand-foot-mouth disease prognosis by predictive nursing interven-tion is obvously enhanced and improved the prognosis,which is to be used.
