手法闭合复位带锁髓内钉法对46例胫腓骨骨折治疗效果分析

摘要

Objective Explore the interlocking intramedullary nailing of closed reduction of fracture of tibia and fibula therapy for effi-cacy and safety. Methods 46 cases receiving interlocking intramedullary nailing of closed reduction therapy. Results After 12 months of treatment,each patient follow - up,all patients were healed fracture healing time 6. 5 ± 2. 5 months,no broken nails,infection,embol-ism,deep vein thrombosis,shorter limbs atrophy and other phenomena nonunion. Conclusion Closed reduction technique using interloc-king intramedullary nailing treatment is simple,less invasive,safe,healing rate advantage,less postoperative pain,rehabilitation quickly, securely fixed through a closed technique hinges on the tibia and soft tissue play a protective role,to achieve functional recovery that is fast and good purposes.%目的：探讨手法闭合复位带锁髓内钉疗法对于胫腓骨骨折的疗效与安全性。方法：选择胫腓骨骨折的患者46例，患者均接受手法闭合复位带锁髓内钉疗法。结果：治疗12个月后，随访每位患者，全部骨折患者均愈合良好，愈合时间为（6.5±2.5）个月，没有断钉、感染、脂肪栓塞、深静脉血栓、肢体变短萎缩以及骨不连等现象出现。结论：采用手法闭合复位带锁髓内钉法治疗，具有操作简单、创伤较小、安全性高、愈合率高的优势，术后疼痛感少，康复迅速，固定稳妥，通过闭合技术对胫骨软组织合页起到保护作用，达到功能恢复既快又好的目的。
