The present invention relates to: a lipolysis handpiece laser device, which has a laser stably mounted in a handpiece, uniformly scatters laser light to enable a relatively large area to be irradiated with light, and effectively cools the heated laser, thereby enabling the laser to be stably operated; and a handpiece using the same. The laser device comprises: a rack which comprises a support having a light-transmission hole formed therethrough and a hollow stand formed at the support, the stand having an inflow hole and an outflow hole for the inflow/outflow of cooling water; a diffuser stably placed on the support so as to cover the light-transmission hole; a laser disposed so as to emit laser light to the diffuser and fixed to be in contact with the stand; and a diffuser bracket fixed to the rack while surrounding and supporting a side surface of the diffuser such that laser light passing through the diffuser is not scattered in the lateral direction.
