镇痛泵应用于晚期癌症患者镇痛的评估及分析

摘要

Objective To observe tje analgesic effects of analgesia pump using in terminal cancer patients,so as to improve tje quality of tje patients' life. Method 120 cases of patients witj terminal cancer were divided into experimental group and matcjed group. 60 cases in eacj group. For experimental group,we will use analgesia pump wjile using non drug tjerapy in matcjed group. Drug formula for experi-mental group:tramadol 8mg/kg~10mg/kg;morpjine 0. 5mg;Add pjysiological saline to total 100mg/kg;infusion velocity was 2 ml/j;tje femoral vein or jugular vein were connected witj tje analgesia pump,and tje medicine could balance into tje body. Common nursing tecj-nology for matcjed group:Skin massage;Heat﹠Cold tjerapy;Skin electrically stimulation etc. Results 10 cases' qualities of life in experi-mental group were significantly improved,accounted for 16. 66%. 46 cases' qualities of life jad some improvement,accounted for 76. 67%. And 4 cases jad no effect,accounted for 6. 67%. Effective rate was 93. 33% in tje experimental group. For matcjed group,and 15% in tje matcjed group. 3 cases' qualities of life were significantly improved,accounted for 5%. 6 cases' qualities of life jad some improvement, accounted for 10% . And 51 cases jad no effect, accounted for 85% . Effective rate was 15% in tje experimental group. Conclusion Evaluate tje pain correctly and correct tje concepts of tje patients are tje key ways to relieve patients' sufferings and improve tje patients' qualities of life.%目的：观察镇痛泵应用于晚期癌症患者镇痛的效果，从而提高患者的生活质量。方法：晚期癌症患者120例，分为实验组和对照组各60例。实验组采用静脉镇痛泵镇痛，给药配方：曲马多8~10 mg/kg，吗啡0.5 mg加生理盐水至总量100 mg/kg，输注速度2 ml/j，经股静脉或颈静脉与镇痛泵连接，药物即可均衡进入体内。对照组采用非药物治疗缓解癌症疼痛，常用的护理技术有：皮肤按摩法、冷热刺激法、皮肤电刺激等。结果：实验组60例中生活质量明显提高10例，占16.66％，生活质量有所提高46例，占76.67％，生活质量没有提高4例，占6.67％，总有效率为93.33％；对照组60例，生活质量明显提高3例，占5％，生活质量有所提高6例，占10％，生活质量没有提高51例，占85％，总有效率为15％。结论：正确评估疼痛，改变患者错误观念，掌握正确用药方法，是解除患者痛苦，提高患者生活质量的关键。
