文拉法辛联合阿立哌唑治疗精神疾病性抑郁对照研究

摘要

Objective To study the venlafaxine o joint made pp curative effect and adverse reaction of treating psychotic depression.Methods 75 cases of psychiatric patients with depression were randomly divided into research group and the control group,the team using o venlafaxine combined vertical pp azole method,control group adopts combined venlafaxine quetiapine flat method,treatment of 8 weeks.With Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and brief psychiatric scale(BPRS) to assess the clinical curative effect.With drug side effect scale(TESS) to assess the adverse event.Results Two groups after treatment of HAMD,HAMA,BPRS score were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The team treatment of 2,4,8 weekend HAMD,HAMA,BPRS was similar to control,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);Team TESS score after treatment was lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion O venlafaxine combined made pp azole treatment curative effect is mental depression,quick effect,high safety,less adverse reaction,have positive clinical significance.%目的：探讨文拉法辛联合阿立哌唑治疗精神疾病性抑郁的疗效和不良反应。方法：对75例精神疾病性抑郁患者随机分为研究组与对照组，研究组采用文拉法辛联合阿立哌唑的方法，对照组采用文拉法辛联合喹硫平的方法，治疗8周。用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和简明精神疾病量表（BPRS）评定临床疗效。用药物不良反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果：治疗后两组HAMD、HAMA、BPRS的评分均明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗2周、4周、8周末HAMD、HAMA、BPRS均与对照组相近，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后研究组TESS评分较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：文拉法辛联合阿立哌唑治疗精神疾病性抑郁疗效确切，见效快，安全性高，不良反应小，有积极的临床意义。
